CD6: Follistim Day 4

June 7 is our 5th Anniversary and we are out of town - enjoying the sights and staying in a Bed and Breakfast inn!
I was about to give myself a 150 Follistim when Al remembered that he got an earlier call that I should reduce the dosage to 75, 75, 75 Follistim instead. Well, talk about timing. Almost had the double of that.
Since I was not able to talk to whoever called that in, not sure what triggered the Follistim dosage decrease. I suspect that the estradiol results had something to do with it.
Researching estradiol (E2) levels, I got this from www.fertilityplus.org:
Time to Test: Day 4-5 of meds
Normal Values: 100+ pg/ml or 2x Day 3
What Value Means: There are no charts showing E2 levels during stimulation since there is a wide variation depending on how many follicles are being produced and their size. Most doctors will consider any increase in E2 a positive sign, but others use a formula of either 100 pg/ml after 4 days of stims, or a doubling in E2 from the level taken on cycle day 3.
Time to Test: Surge/hCG day
Normal Values: 200 + pg/ml
What Value Means: The levels should be 200-600 per mature (18 mm) follicle. These levels are sometimes lower in overweight women.
I wonder what my CD5 estradiol levels are?
